Warranty Policy
Tajmil jewelry is made to last, meant to be passed on, but should any issues arise, we offer a six-month craftsmanship warranty covering material or production defects.
Our Approach to Craftsmanship
Tajmil operates mostly on a made-to-order production model, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern crafting techniques. Each piece undergoes individual hand finishing and refinement, ensuring a high level of quality. Due to this process, slight surface variations, oxidation, or other minor irregularities may occur and are considered part of the character of the piece, not defects. These are not eligible for warranty claims.
What the Warranty Covers
✔ Manufacturing defects in metalwork and setting craftsmanship.
✔ Structural failure of the piece under normal wear.
✔ Issues arising from material flaws within the six-month period.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
❌ Minor imperfections from hand-finishing and production.
❌ Normal wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration over time.
❌ Damage caused by improper care, impact, or exposure to chemicals.
❌ Lost or stolen items.
❌ Third-party alterations or repairs.
Warranty Resolution Options
If your item is found to have a defect covered under warranty, we offer the following options:
