Tajmil Terms of Service 

1. General Terms

Welcome to Tajmil. By using our website (www.tajmil.co) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions made through our site and govern the rights and responsibilities of both Tajmil and its customers.

Tajmil is a worker-owned cooperative producing jewelry mostly made to order. All items are crafted with care, and our policies reflect the nature of our production process.

 

 

2. Purchasing & Payments

2.1 Order Processing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout via accepted payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, or other options as provided at checkout).

  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

2.2 Order Cancellations

  • Orders for standard selectable sizes in 925 silver can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Orders for custom sizes, alternative materials (gold/platinum), engraved, or bespoke pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun, as they are made tailored to the person.

 

 

3. Returns & Warranty

  • Standard Selectable Sizes in 925 Silver → Eligible for return within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.

  • Custom sizes, alternative materials, engraved, or bespoke items → Final sale, no returns.

  • Six-month craftsmanship warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

 

 

4. Liability & Product Use

  • Tajmil is not liable for damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions.

  • Jewelry containing small parts should be kept away from children to prevent choking hazards.

  • Any modifications or repairs made by third parties void the warranty.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All jewelry designs, images, and content on www.tajmil.co are protected intellectual property of Tajmil. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

  • Customers may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Tajmil’s designs without explicit permission.

 

 

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR (AVG) regulations. For details on how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

 

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact info@tajmil.co to seek resolution.

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be settled in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
